Position: Utilities Maintenance Team Leader Industry: Pharmaceuticals Job Location: Amman, Jordan Duties and Responsibilities: Carrying out utilities (both black and clean) corrective and preventative maintenance activities on plant.‎ daily monitoring and follow up for soft and purified water units.‎ ‎Trouble shooting and fixing defects in production utilities including control problems, Air change calculation and conducting air balance with validation department as well revising solutions to HVAC problems related to quality attributes (Temp ,RH and pressurization). ‎following up with CAPA generated by corrective maintenance system until it is duly closed. Review and write maintenance instructions for the utilities including ‎‎writing all related SOPs and forms.‎ Communicating with Utilities vendors to follow up on upgrade, renovation or external maintenance activity . Participation in the preparation and study of the spare parts needed list and continuously monitor on hand quantity and follow up with manger to keep all items available using automated spares system. Implement preventive maintenance work and document all preventive maintenance ‎work properly ‎according to policies and standard operation procedure ‎‎(SOP).‎ Implement of condition monitoring maintenance using BMS system to create trends and identify abnormalities and help systematically solve them.‎ Review alarm, alert logs of BMS and conduct site visits to verify the situation of each abnormality. Create, modify and delete CAD and P& ID drawing for utilities and site. Ensure compliance with relevant national and international health, safety and environmental laws and policies as well as maintain the records and reports of HSE aspects. Perform other duties or tasks assigned by the direct manager. Job Requirements: Experience: 46 years of experience in pharmaceutical industries. Education: BSc. in Mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, Engineering from a reputable university. (MBA is a plus). Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and Word & AutoCAD. Fluent in English.
