1 Key Role and Responsibilities










* Qversee the delivery of management contracts, ensuring that all project/contract deliverables are
met on time, within budget, and to.a high standard of quality.

* Manage a team of contract ad tors and technical experts, providing them with leadership
and guidance to ensure that they rking effectively and efficiently.

* Develop and implement a robust ;fi nagement plan, including risk mitigation strategies and
change management procedures.

* Proactivelycommunicate project updatestostakeholders, including the client, project sponsor, and
otherinterested parties.
Resolve any disputes or claims that may arise during the contract.




2 Qualifications, Experience & Skills

* Bachelor's degreein Engineering, project management Busingss management or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management, preferably in the road safety sector. or
Minimum of 10 years of experience in middle/senior managementposition in similar role.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. B

e Strong analytical, financial management and problem-solving skill
* Fluencyin Englishis essential. z
* Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
