Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare and present regular reports on the branch’s performance. Compliance and Standards Ensure the salon complies with local regulations, including health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the salon.
Implement and uphold company policies and operational procedures. Marketing and Promotions Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Identify local market trends and recommend new services or packages. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Sales and business acumen with a focus on meeting targets.
Proficient in using salon management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of salon industry trends and best practices.
