مطلوب مدير موارد بشرية وشؤون إدارية لشركة رائدة في عمان HR & Admin Manager required for a leading IT company in Amman Jordan. Role Summary The HR and Admin Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and optimizing the organization’s human resources and administrative functions. This position involves managing daily operations across multiple locations (Lebanon, Jordan and the UAE), ensuring compliance with labor laws, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR expertise with exceptional administrative and organizational skills to ensure seamless operations. Brief Key Responsibilities Administrative Management − Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure team members are aligned with organizational goals. − Efficiently manage administrative workflow, distributing tasks − Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication. − Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Implement systems for record-keeping, document management, and inventory control to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information. Human Resources Management − Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. − Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. − Implement employee engagement initiatives and conduct regular feedback sessions. − Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans. − Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions. Qualifications − Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. − Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in a managerial role. − Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. − Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. − Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software. − Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. − High ethical standards and a proactive mindset. − Experience in GCC is a plus.
