Join Our New Team in Jordan Open Position: HR Officer The HR Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: – Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee files, maintaining HR records, and preparing reports. – Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. – Conduct new employee orientations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. – Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -2-3 years of experience in an HR role -Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and labor laws. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. -Prior experience with Kayan HRMS is must.
