Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team at CFI. The Human Resource Officer duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department. Main tasks and responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records through the Orange System
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in HR system
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Assist the Managers in Oman Entity
Coordinate various office-related activities to ensure smooth operations.
Handle communications with our outsourced service providers, including HR, expatriate hiring, and secretarial services.
Fulfil other office administration responsibilities as needed. Education and Experience Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
