مطلوب مساعد إداري وتشغيل في عمان Hiring .. Admin and Operation Assistant !! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative and Operation Assistant at Echo Technology in Amman. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: •Maintain organized records, documents, and files related to administration and operations •Manage all company inbound and outbound correspondence •Manage and reply to phone calls •Responsible for office boy. •Responsibility for ensuring cleanness in company premises. •Responsibility for maintenance of company’s fixed assets such as laptops, printers, offices, chairs…etc; and maintenance of facilities such as air condition, toilets, kitchen, …etc. •Assist Managing Director. 2. Inventory Management: •Managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels •Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records •Manage procurement to ensure timely restocking of inventory 3. Financial Processing: •Issue invoices, payment vouchers and bank cheques •Maintain vendor relationship •Responsible of purchasing •Support contracts and follow up on their renewal, status and payment •Issue bonds and follow up Tracking Bonds, Invoice collections, loans, and bank relations 4. Documentation and Reporting: •Prepare and maintain documentation related to operations, administration and procurement processes. •Generate regular reports on operations, administration and procurement. •Provide updates to management on the status of ongoing operations, administration and procurement. 6. Projects Administration •Administration of CRM. •Following up on maintenance, hosting and support contracts •Following up on Projects status 5.Executing various tasks such as: •Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders. •Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with employees and vendors. •Prepare and file forms and other documents. •Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, recruitment and onboarding processes. •Assist in controlling time attendance in terms of generating reports, and facilitate leave management. •Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager. •Administration of Social Media related to company. •Generate reports and summaries to aid decision-making.
