Hiring .. Admin and Operation Assistant !! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative and Operation Assistant at Echo Technology in Amman. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: •Maintain organized records, documents, and files related to administration and operations •Manage all company inbound and outbound correspondence •Manage and reply to phone calls •Responsible for office boy. •Responsibility for ensuring cleanness in company premises. •Responsibility for maintenance of company’s fixed assets such as laptops, printers, offices, chairs…etc; and maintenance of facilities such as air condition, toilets, kitchen, …etc. •Assist Managing Director. 2. Inventory Management: •Managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels •Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records •Manage procurement to ensure timely restocking of inventory 3.
