Position Description: As a Customer Relations Representative, you will manage customer interactions and coordinate supply chain workflows to ensure smooth order fulfillment while upholding Applied Medical’s quality standards and enhancing the customer experience across the MENAT region. Key Responsibilities: Order Management Process and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
Provide order confirmations, price quotes, and product details to customers. Logistics & Shipment Coordination Arrange shipments, prepare shipping documents, and oversee customs clearance for timely delivery.
Maintain shipment tracking logs and ensure accurate product movement documentation. Warehouse Support Facilitate warehouse operations, including inventory movements, and support quality compliance. Customer Support Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist the field team with sample and non-product shipments. Stock & Performance Monitoring Contribute to stock planning and management to meet customer demand.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement. Compliance & Documentation Ensure customs compliance, process debit/credit notes, and manage CER/ARR returns for customers and distributors. Reporting Prepare and deliver periodic reports to field, sales, and supply chain management teams. Collaboration Foster strong relationships with partners and coordinate activities to align with objectives. Other Support Assist with additional warehousing and logistical tasks as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and adaptability. Education Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain or related field).
Master’s degree is a plus. Experience Minimum 2 years in a customer relations or similar role.
