Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage tender submissions preparation, documentation,
and follow-up
Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with client specifications
Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for timely submissions
Maintain records of tendersg€ontracts, and correspondence
Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
2. Sales & Business
Development Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in medical and scientific
sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Promote company products and achieve sales targets
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negetiations
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and after-sales support
Requirements for both positions :
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Medical / Scientific Supplies field
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred
Must hold a valid NOC No Objection Certificate
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
