We are currently seeking a skilled Sr. Architect / Sr. Landscape Architect to join our team. If you possess the qualifications and expertise listed below, we encourage you to apply:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Architecture or Masters in Landscape Architecture
· A minimum work experience of 510 years
· Very good command of Arabic and English (spoken, writing, reading)
· Has excellent skills in architectural visualization (2 D and 3 D)
· Has excellent communication skills
· BIM and Revit management and Integration capabilities
· Has excellent skills in: Revit and BIM (certified) as a priority, AutoCAD, InDesign, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, … etc
Responsibilities:
· Develop and produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
· Prepare detailed project reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
· Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
· Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of technical excellence.
· Oversee and manage technical aspects of projects from concept to execution.
