Position: Junior Receptionist
Location: Dubai
Department: Front Office
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Junior Receptionist. You will play a vital role in in the Front Office Department delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
✨ Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone or in-person. Assist clients with inquiries and provide basic information regarding services or products.
✨ Attends to every guest requests the best way possible
Prepare and organize client documentation and ensure all files are up-to-date. Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and services to clients.
✔ What We’re Looking For
✅ Excellent communication skills; English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree/diploma or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
