وظائف عمل لدى الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت Proposal Writer for Interreg NEXT MED Project About the job Position: Proposal Writer (EU-Funded Projects – Interreg NEXT MED) Location: Remote / Flexible Duration: Short-term contract (Proposal submission phase) Start Date: Immediate – Until April 15,2025 We are seeking an experienced proposal writer to assist in preparing our Interreg NEXT MED project proposal, specifically focusing on non-technical work packages such as project management, coordination, communication, dissemination, financial planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of EU funding mechanisms and the ability to structure a competitive proposal within strict guidelines. Key Responsibilities ✔ Draft & refine non-technical sections of the proposal, ensuring alignment with Interreg NEXT MED guidelines. ✔ Develop and structure key sections, including: Logical Framework (LFM) – Ensure clear intervention logic linking project objectives, expected results, outputs, and indicators.
Project Management & Coordination (WP1) – Define governance, financial oversight, reporting, and risk management strategies.
Communication & Dissemination (WP2) – Develop a plan for project branding, stakeholder engagement, and public outreach.
Financial Planning & Budgeting – Assist in structuring cost categories, aligning with the 89% EU co-financing requirement and ensuring at least 50% funding to Mediterranean Partner Countries.
Synergies with Other Initiatives – Identify relevant Interreg, EU Green Deal, or Horizon Europe projects that complement our proposal.
✔ Ensure compliance with EU funding requirements, state aid assessments, and partner financial capacity documentation.
✔ Coordinate documentation & partner contributions, including financial forms, partner statements, and institutional paperwork.
✔ Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and international institutions to integrate technical and non-technical components. What We’re Looking For ✔ Proven experience in writing and structuring proposals for EU-funded projects (Interreg, Horizon Europe, LIFE, etc.). ✔ Strong understanding of Logical Framework (LFM), project planning, and budget structuring. ✔ Excellent writing & editing skills to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with evaluation criteria. ✔ Knowledge of EU financial regulations and ability to structure co-financing contributions. ✔ Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple inputs efficiently. ✔ Proficiency in English Interested?
