The ERP Monitoring & Evaluation (M& E) Officer plays a key role in ensuring data-driven decision-making, program accountability, and continuous improvement within Emergency Response Projects (ERPs). Reporting to the ERPs Manager, the M& E Officer will develop and implement monitoring frameworks, track project progress, ensure data quality, and analyze program trends to support effective project management.
