We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Officer to join the team of a global pharmaceutical company. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare new registration files, variations, and renewals within specified deadlines. * Follow up on new requirements with quality laboratories and relevant institutions. * Update and organize department documentation to ensure easy accessibility. * Coordinate with the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) and the Quality Assurance Laboratory to submit files. * Expedite the approval process by providing clear and timely documentation. * Follow up on any product safety observations in accordance with approved systems. * Prepare pricing support documents and ensure ongoing compliance. * Monitor regulatory changes and provide necessary updates to policies and procedures. Job Requirements: * A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (minimum). * A valid pharmacy practice license. * 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. * Ability to understand and apply laws and regulations relevant to pharmaceutical warehouses. * Excellent English language proficiency and strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with international stakeholders across multiple countries. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ownership of a well-maintained vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Required Skills: * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
