وظيفة محلل أعمال في عمان We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Quality Department> ‏- Responsible for analyzing business processes, managing Change Requests (CRs), and driving process enhancements to improve operational efficiency. ‏- The ideal candidate will assess existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions. ‏-This role involves working closely with IT, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure system performance optimization, compliance with quality standards, and seamless integration of process changes. ‏-The Business Analyst will also be responsible for documenting process improvements, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency gains ‏Additionally, the role requires evaluating and managing CRs, ensuring proper documentation, impact assessment, and timely resolution. ‏-The Business Analyst will play a key role in user acceptance testing (UAT), stakeholder communication, and technical documentation, ensuring that all process modifications align with business objectives. A strong background in SQL, advanced Excel, and IT systems maintenance is preferred, along with experience in process automation and business process management (BPM). ‏The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into actionable solutions while supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives ‏Minimum 8 years of experience. ‏Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
