وظيفة مدير إعلانات لدى اكاديمية في الاردن Paid Ads Manager [Remote] (Part-Time) Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize paid ads on Facebook (main platform) and Google Ads, with plans to explore new advertising funnels.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality, engaging ad content that resonates with our target audience.
Analyze data and performance metrics to track ad performance and prepare detailed reports on campaign results.
Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to improve lead quality and volume while maintaining or reducing costs.
Monitor ad budgets (currently $2K–$4 K per quarter) and ensure efficient allocation without compromising lead quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
Provide recommendations to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall user journey. Required Skills and Experience: 3–5 years of experience in paid ads management, preferably within the education industry.
Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is a must.
Strong data analysis skills to monitor, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
Experience with A/B testing and lead generation strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams (designers, copywriters) to ensure cohesive marketing messages. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping.
