IT Administrator
Reports to: IT Manager
BASIC FUNCTIONS
The IT Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the network and information security infrastructure of FINCA Jordan. This role includes the administration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, and network facilities across all branches.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following
Network Operations and Support:

Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all network and firewall resources, system logs, and key processes.
Manage backup operations, ensuring all network systems and their configuration data are appropriately backed up and stored.
Provide operational support for network infrastructure software and hardware components within the production environment.
Troubleshoot and repair faults, provide end-user support, and coordinate with impacted parties during network failures.
System Engineering and Provisioning:
Install new/rebuild existing network components and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, etc., in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Plan and deploy services to expand existing system facilities and support network-related projects and business expansion.
