وظيفة مدير خدمة العملاء لدى نوكيا في إسلام آباد، باكستان Customer Supply Manager About the job Job Description Purpose of the role: Accountable for supply chain design, implementation and E2 E supply chain operations, covering one or multiple customer teams (CT)
Responsible to identify, plan and manage supply chain activities to meet CT business targets
Deliver competitive supply chain performance to enable CT growth and optimize profitability & cash position How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Manage supply chain operations & execution to ensure proper supervision & guidance to meet business targets (includes monitor & control)
Ensure supply chain processes and execution, profitability and efficiency to meet accurate, timely services and high performance in services to the customer project in terms of quality, compliances and cost efficiency
Support pre-sales with supply chain design, resource planning and logistics costing in line with customer requirements
Responsible to drive demand planning in accordance with the business plans
Provide and update delivery plans, conduct risk assessment and mitigate supply risks and associated challenges
Coordinate and orchestrate E2 E order management from order creation to invoicing including ordering of local services & material and execution of last mile distribution within target cycle times
Execute supply planning in relation to CT business management – order intake and revenue execution, inventory planning and reporting
Act as SPOC for Supply Chain related complaints and escalation point from CT and/or customer and manage further escalations & requirements
Manage cost, cash and performance KPIs from plan, offer, execute to measure & improvement
Responsible for Hardware Services delivery operations
Ensure SOX adherence and Trade Compliance conformity
Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute in improving customer value Key Skills And Experience Relevant supply chain experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent
4-6 years’ work experience
Excellent presentation, networking and communication skills
Business Performance Reporting and Analysis
Customer focus
Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
Drive for results
SAP / Blue Planet knowledge
MS applications – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
