 Food Safety Supervisor at 57357 Hospital.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up and control of the production line from (Receiving, storage, Preparation, Cooking and Serving).
  • Supervising the staff regarding personal hygiene and good practices during operation
  • Monitoring and assessment of cleaning and disinfection process
  • Leading the staff by example through daily briefing and on job training

  • Passing on patients and identifying the undesirable varieties they have, as well as
      the favorite ones and the items that may cause them any kind of allergy.
