A reputed group of company need experienced recruiting staff for hiring needs of construction, property, real estate, transportation and garage.

Responsibilities:
•tPosting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates for management.
•tCoordinate with different departments within group and evaluating requirement for staff and arranging.
•tConducting online interview if required to hire candidates from other countries.

Job Qualification:
•tProactively source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
•tCandidates must have UAE experience of hiring white collar and blue-collar staff.
•tBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•tProven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
•tFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
•tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
•tAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•tProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
•tFamiliarity with various recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Naukrigulf etc.
