Job DescriptionnOversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions. Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures. nResponsibilities and DutiesnnEnsure all transactions are made accurately and entered on time in the accounting systemnMaintain general and subsidiary ledgers, verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts receivable and payables, revenue distribution, cost, inventory, operating expenses, depreciation, and records. nEnsure suppliers and customers invoice and reconciled and payments made. nPrepare monthly account reconciliations. nParticipates in the preparation of financial reports. nAssist with financial and tax audits. nMaintain new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, cost of goods, Visa-related online services, and other related procedures and controls. nEnsure Delegation of Authority (DOA) is duly complied with across the company. nSupport month-end and year-end close processes. nnQualificationsnnBachelor's degree in accountingn2-3 years experience in a retail factor. nFluent EnglishnGood experience with Odoo. nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret relevant technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. nKnowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel and Word). nPlease contact me here
