We're looking for Administrative Assistant with basic accounting experience who can join immediately.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Work directly with the company owner and assist the top management .
Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls and emails
Assist in the documentation of clients
Follow up suppliers / contractors to make sure their job will be completed on agreed time.
Chase suppliers / contractors for the quotations / invoices.
Maintain contact list
Develop and update administrative system to make them more efficient
Filing of all admin documents.
Cash management recording including payment and receipts processing (petty cash,cheque payments)
Accountant Responsibilities:
Minimum 1 year accounting experience in UAE (VAT)
Preparing monthly and annual accounts
Knowledge in VAT Filing and Corporate Tax is preferred.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions and
maintaining general ledgers
Checking invoices from supplier / site
Preparing payment to suppliers.
Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in administrative role and basic accounting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in Quickbooks
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
