Key ResponsibilitiesnnProvide administrative support to the procurement teamnPrepare and process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs)nMaintain and update procurement records, logs, and filing systemsnCoordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and follow up on deliveriesnTrack order status and ensure timely delivery of materialsnAssist in vendor registration and maintain supplier databasesnVerify invoices and coordinate with finance for payment processingnEnsure proper documentation of contracts, LPOs, and agreementsnSupport the preparation of procurement reports and summariesnCoordinate with site teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedulesnEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and proceduresnnQualifications & RequirementsnnDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fieldnMinimum 23 years of experience in procurementadmin roles, preferably in constructionnFamiliarity with high-rise and villa project environments is an advantagenBasic knowledge of procurement processes and documentationnProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (preferred)nnInterested candidates can send their resume to WhatsApp [ ]
