Arabic Sweets Chef for Lebanese Restaurant
We are seeking a talented and experienced Arabic Sweets Chef to join our culinary team at our authentic Lebanese restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating traditional and innovative Arabic desserts and pastries, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Arabic Sweets Chef in preparing and baking a variety of Lebanese and Middle Eastern sweets such knafeh, baklava and maamoul.
* Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Contribute to the development of new recipes and innovative twists on traditional desserts
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in creating Lebanese and Middle Eastern sweets
* Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese dessert recipes and ingredients
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
