Duties & Responsibilities
•Greet guests in a friendly manner and offer assistance with luggage.
•tBaggage handling for tours.
•tCommunicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner.
•tBe aware of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests.
•tAccurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations.
•tOther duties as required.
Qualifications:
•tPrevious hospitality experience preferred.
•tStrong communication skills.
•tAbility to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment.
•tDemonstrated strong customer service skills.
•tAbility to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
