We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a Car spare parts Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales activities, and contributing to the overall success of our retail and whole sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
tManage customer inquiries and orders through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
tPrepare sales quotes.
tExperience with auto parts catalogues American and German.
tUpdates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
tProvides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information and answering questions.
tMaintains customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates.
tPreparing and distributing monthly reports.
tPrepares sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials.
tUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and support senior sales staff with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
tBachelor of Degree
tExperience in an Automotive Industry as sales
tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
tProficient in MS Office and Excel.
tExcellent organizational and time management skills.
tUnderstanding of basic trading and negotiation principles.
tKnowledge of American cars and German cars
tFlexibility to work weekends and evenings.
tFluency in English
tUAE Driver license is must
tAble to speak in different language like
English, Hindi, Malayalam and Arabic Experience
t1–2-year experience
tPrevious experience in a similar sale in Automotive industry
tKnowledge of the products or industry related to the position.

tAED 3000 – AED 5000 per month
