We seek an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in Building Construction and a minimum of 10 years as a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and controlling of oil and gas refineries, villas, and commercial building projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed per the agreed schedules, specifications, and quality standards.rnrnKey Responsibilities:rnrnProject Planning and Execution:rnrnDevelop comprehensive project plans covering all aspects of the project lifecycle.rnEnsure projects are executed in accordance with the project plan, timeline, and budget.rnProject Coordination:rnCoordinate with clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.rnFacilitate regular project meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are updated on project progress and any issues.rnProject Monitoring and Controlling:rnMonitor site activities and ensure smooth execution as per the project schedule.rnEnsure optimum utilization of manpower and materials to avoid delays and cost overruns.rnImplement project control processes and tools to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.rnReview and Compliance:rnReview civil, structural, and architectural shop drawings to ensure compliance with contract drawings and design requirements.rnEnsure all designs are properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted according to the construction schedule.rnClient and Contractor Management:rnWork closely with clients and contractors from project initiation to handover.rnAddress any issues or concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction.rnQuality Assurance:rnImplement quality control measures to ensure that the construction work meets the required standards and specifications.rnConduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.rnQualifications and Skills:rnrnBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.rnMinimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in refineries, villas, and commercial building construction.rnProven experience in project planning, coordination, monitoring, and controlling.rnStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.rnExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.rnProficient in project management software and tools.rnAbility to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.rnStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.rnAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.rnrn*** Interested candidates Kindly send your CV to ([email protected])***rn*** Email applications (ONLY) shall be accepted***
