The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the cleaning staff. The Cleaning Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing cleaning staff and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Cleaning Supervisor Duties
Monitoring the cleanliness of premises, equipment and staff
Organising and allocating tasks to staff
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to
Ordering and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials
Providing training and appraisals for staff
Investigating customer complaints
Liaising with customers and contractors
