Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Ishraq Eye Center in Amman. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology in a medical office setting on a daily basis. Qualifications Experience in Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, and Receptionist Duties
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in the required field or equivalent
