Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Lawyer at FS Legal Services, at our Tripoli, Libya office. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, providing legal advice and counsel, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. The Senior Lawyer will also be responsible for managing a team of lawyers and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and standards. This is an on-site role located in Mashroo Al Hadba, Tripoli.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in legal practice and litigation
Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal procedures in Libya
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Legal degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in Libya
Experience in corporate law and commercial law
Fluency in Arabic and English.
