We are Waterproofing company based in Dubai and for our Various projects we need Laborers and Supervisor
Duties :
Assist with various including site preparation, and clean-up.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction preferred but not required.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Supervisor:
Having a Driving License is preferred but not mandatory.
Oversee daily construction site operations.
Coordinate with project managers and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are adhered to.
Manage and lead a team of laborers, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction methods.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
