- Job Description - Key Responsibilities -Receive, analyse, and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs) issued by international clients.
-Prepare and develop quotations in coordination with the sales team and suppliers.
-Follow up on submitted offers and conduct client follow-ups.
-Ensure high quality and fast turnaround in handling quotation requests.
-Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, in both French and English.
-Update and manage customer and product databases using the company’s IT tools. - Required Skills -Bilingual French / English: strong written and spoken proficiency is essential.
-Excellent communication and writing skills.
-Good command of IT and office tools.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
-Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. - Candidate Profile -Education: Bachelor’s degree (BAC +3 or equivalent).
-Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment.
-Languages: English (required) and French (required).
