Key Qualifications:
• 23 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing (real estate experience a plus).
• Knowledge of the real estate market and its target audience (homebuyers, sellers, investors).
• Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and teams.
