This role will be responsible for managing order fulfillment, documenting operational processes, tracking shipments, and coordinating with suppliers. nnKey Responsibilities:nnManage and review all order fulfillment processes, inventory, and shipping logistics. nnOversee shipping schedules to ensure timely deliveries. nnCollaborate with suppliers and internal teams. nnTrack purchase orders with suppliers and update statuses. nnCoordinate with the warehouse to confirm receipt of all shipments. nnSupport with product listings when required. nnQualifications:nnBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. nnMinimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment management. nnSolid knowledge of e-commerce platforms and logistics. nnFamiliarity with systems such as Magento & Odoo is a plus. nnStrong communication and negotiation skills. nnAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. nnHighly organized and detail-oriented.
