The executive secretary will work closely with the CEO to provide administrative support, and will have extensive knowledge of the organization understanding its aims and objectives. The CEO will rely heavily on his executive secretary trusting that work will be handled efficiently in his absence; discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes for a successful candidate Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing Arranging travel, visas and accommodation Provide administrative and clerical support to the CEO and other colleagues Plan events Take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence Qualifications Very good English skills (written and spoken) Good verbal and written communication skills Computer literate Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills Ability to work under pressure If you like to join our team, submit your CV with a recent photo to
