Responsibilities
1. Video Production:
- Conceptualization: Develop video concepts aligned with our brand.
- Shooting: Capture high-quality footage with professional cameras and drones.
- Editing: Use advanced software for polished videos.
Virtual Tours: Create 360-degree immersive virtual tours.
2. Content Creation:
- Storyline Development: Collaborate on engaging storylines and scripts.
- Social Media Content: Produce short videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Website Videos: Create content for property listings and client testimonials.
3. Brand Storytelling:
- Visual Storytelling: Highlight InvestMenter's values and mission.
- Client Testimonials: Produce videos from satisfied clients.
4. Event Documentation:
- Corporate Events: Film and edit corporate event videos.
- Client Events: Document property tours and open houses.
5. Innovative Technologies:
- Latest Trends: Stay updated with video production trends.
- Drones and VR: Use drones and VR for immersive content.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in video production, preferably in real estate.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and proficiency with professional camera equipment and drones.
Creative Vision: Strong aesthetics and storytelling abilities.
Project Management: Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for shoots.
