We are seeking a Control Room Operator responsible for monitoring the company fleet through GPS tracking and camera systems. The operator will ensure safe driving, monitor deliveries, and report operational issues in real time. nnKey Responsibilitiesn1-Monitor company trucks using GPS tracking and vehicle camera systems (MDVR). n2-Track driver behavior such as speeding, harsh braking, route deviation, and unauthorized stops. n3-Monitor loading and discharge operations of fuel trucks. n4-Detect and report fuel theft, safety violations, or suspicious activities. n5-Maintain daily logs and prepare Excel reports for fleet performance and incidents. n6-Coordinate with drivers and operations team during emergencies. n7-Ensure cameras and GPS systems remain online and functional. nnRequirementsn2–4 years experience in control room, fleet monitoring, or logistics operations. nFamiliarity with GPS tracking platforms and vehicle camera systems. nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting. nAbility to work shift schedules (247 operation- shift rotation wil be there) required). nStrong attention to detail and quick response to incidents. nGood communication skills in English. nnPreferred SkillsnExperience monitoring heavy truck fleets. nExperience with MDVR systems and telematics software. nBasic IT troubleshooting skills. nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)nAccurate monitoring of fleet activity. nImmediate reporting of safety or operational incidents. nDaily operational reports submitted on time. nMaintain maximum uptime of monitoring systems.
