We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. A key part of this role will be handling the complexity of inventory management across both our warehouse (online) and external locations. nnJob ResponsibilitiesnDaily Entries: Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments. nnInventory Control: Monitor stock levels and reconcile physical inventory with system records (COGS analysis) to prevent shrinkage. nnReconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, payment gateway settlements, and courier cash-on-delivery (COD) reports. nnTax Compliance: Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. nnReporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash in and Cash out Statements, etc…) for management. nnAccounts Receivable & Collections: Manage the end-to-end collection process, including monitoring aging reports, following up with clients on overdue invoices via phoneemailclient visits, and ensuring timely collection of payments to optimize cash flow. nnRequirements and Skillsn• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. n• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
