Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the housekeeping team.
Assign tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff.
Train new employees on housekeeping procedures.
Monitor and inspect cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials and amenities.
Coordinate with other departments for guest requests and maintenance issues.
Conduct regular meetings with the housekeeping team.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Physical stamina for standing and manual labor.
