This position is specifically tailored to support various HR functions within advertising industry. n nJob Responsibilities:n. deal with food and baverage market and recruitment for white and blue collars n•⁠ ⁠Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. n•⁠ ⁠Provide clerical and administrative support to Executives. n•⁠ ⁠Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, audits, etc. )n•⁠ ⁠Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations. n•⁠ ⁠Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc. )n•⁠ ⁠Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). n•⁠ ⁠Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures relevant to HR policy & regulations. n•⁠ ⁠Applying Social Insurance to all employees. n•⁠ ⁠Monitoring of Company Legal Documentationsn•⁠ ⁠Attending calls with regards to HR related queries. n•⁠ ⁠Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances evaluation, etc. )n•⁠ ⁠Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interview invitation. n•⁠ ⁠Perform any other relevant duties as assigned. n n nQualifications:n1. ⁠ ⁠Knowledgeable about the Egypt Labour Lawn2. ⁠ ⁠Communications Skillsn3. ⁠ ⁠Attention to Detail & Flexiblen4. ⁠ ⁠Multi-tasking and reliablen5. ⁠ ⁠13 yrs same field experience, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry. nDemonstrated success in hiring both white-collar and blue-collar roles. nnSkills:nStrong interpersonal and communication skills. nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. nKnowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations. nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. nTo Apply:nSend your resume on whatsapp [ ]#(01027705692)
