Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and 3 D renderings.
Create detailed space plans, layouts, and furniture arrangements to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor to meet project specifications.
Manage all aspects of the design process, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other professionals to implement design plans effectively.
Conduct site visits to oversee installation, address challenges, and ensure quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and innovations in materials and technology.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3 D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Certification in Interior Design (e.g., NCIDQ) is a plus.
