As a key member of our travel department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional travel services to our clients, ensuring memorable and hassle-free experiences. nnResponsibilities:nnPlan and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on clients' preferences and budget. nProvide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding travel destinations, attractions, visa requirements, and travel insurance. nCoordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and tour operators to make reservations and secure the best deals for clients. nHandle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies and procedures. nStay updated on travel trends, airline routes, visa regulations, and other relevant information to provide accurate and timely assistance to clients. nHandle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. nMaintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences using travel agency software or databases. nRequirements:nnBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. nProven experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years in the travel industry. nStrong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airline routes, and travel products. nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships. nProficiency in travel booking systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, is preferred. nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. nFluency in English is required.
