
Position Overview:nnThe Clinic In-charge Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient care services, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of administrative management, team leadership, and business development skills to ensure both operational efficiency and revenue growth. nClinic Operations ManagementnOversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with healthcare regulations. nSupervise staff schedules, attendance, and performance. nMaintain high standards of patient care, service quality, and confidentiality. nCoordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery. nMonitor stock of medical supplies and equipment; ensure timely procurement. nHandle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery. nnSales & MarketingnDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue. nPromote clinic services through digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and community outreach. nEstablish corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations to generate referrals. nPrepare and execute seasonaltargeted promotional offers. nTrack and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and present to management. nIdentify market trends and opportunities to expand clinic services. nnAdministrative & Financial OversightnAssist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting. nMaintain accurate patient and clinic records. nEnsure compliance with insurance, licensing, and government health regulations. nPrepare dailyweeklymonthly reports on operations and sales. nCandiadtes experience in Oman nnQualifications & SkillsnBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field. nMinimum 58 years’ experience in clinichospital administration or healthcare sales & marketing. nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. nProven ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management. nKnowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminologies, and patient care processesnProficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools. nAbility to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver targets.
