Your role will focus on facilitating smooth onboarding experiences by collecting and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and professional interaction from start to finish. nnnnResponsibilitynFacilitate the onboarding process for new customers. nCollect and verify Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, including identification and proof of address. nAddress customer inquiries and concerns throughout the onboarding process. nProvide necessary support and guidance to customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. nMaintain accurate records of customer information and documentation. nCollaborate with other team members to streamline the onboarding process. nStay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance related to KYC procedures. nAssist in troubleshooting issues that may arise during the onboarding process. nEnsure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the onboarding experience. nnnRequirementsnnFresh Graduates. nProficiency in both Arabic and English. nExperience in dealing with customers face-to-face. nExperience in dealing with Google suits is a plus. nExperience in FinTech customer onboarding is a plus.
