Job description:
As a Telecommunication Engineer specializing in the installation and commissioning of 2 G, 3 G, 4 G, and 5 G equipment, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch telecommunication services. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team.
Perform site surveys, engineering analysis, and planning studies required to complete a successful Roll-Out
Install and setup Telecom equipment (Software and Hardware) in the sites
Perform the commissioning, configuration, integration pre-testing and testing of Telecom including LTE/5 G
Perform configuration / presetting / testing / software upgrade.
Report the task completion, work progress, problems, incidents, end user feedback.
Installation of different type of telecom equipment such as Ericsson/ Huawei / ZTE / Nokia
Prepare and determine material take-off /BOQ/BOM and equipment/material selection.
Responsibilities:
Conduct installation and commissioning of telecommunication equipment, including 2 G, 3 G, 4 G, and 5 G technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform site surveys and assessments to determine optimal equipment placement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunication systems.
Ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Document and report to project manager, issues, and resolutions.
Job Qualifications:
BSc in Electronic/Telecommunication engineering/ mechanical engineering/ computer engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of 2 G, 3 G, 4 G, and 5 G equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of 2 G, 3 G, 4 G, and 5 G equipment. In-depth knowledge of telecommunication technologies and protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Certifications in relevant telecommunication technologies are a plus.
