Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum 23 years of Experience as Quantity Surveyor in Precast/Construction Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
• Advance Knowledge in MS Office 365
• Ability to understand and willing to learn new skills and knowledge
• Excellent Time Management, Organizing & Result driven skills
• Good Communication Skill in English
• Maintain Confidentiality
• Quantity Surveyor Roles
• Sound Knowledge in Contractual Relationships
• Assist Contracts Manager in all matters relating to the financial and contractual aspect of the
• Participate and assist in the preparation of the minutes of meeting in all commercial mecting
• Liaise & execute in monthly Payment Certificates.
• Maintain & streamline all cost and quantity records.
• Assist in evaluation and recommendation of entitlement of contractor’s claims in review and issuance by the SQS/Contract Manager.
• Compiling & complying the details and documents as per the projects/Contracts
• Monitor Day work process, Progress & Contract Cost Estimate
• Assist in the auditing of payments to Contractors as required.
• Develop & Manage project budgets
• Ability to analyse Project variations, changes & provide regular financial reports to the project management team.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all projects related non-financial & financial related transactions details.
