Location: Dubai, UAE We are seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to join our team and oversee all ongoing landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of work, manage project timelines, and handle day-to-day supervision of site activities. Key Responsibilities:
t•tOversee and supervise all landscaping projects, ensuring work is executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
t•tMonitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
t•tConduct site visits to assess and approve work quality, materials, and compliance with design plans.
t•tCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for seamless project execution.
t•tManage resources and provide on-site solutions for challenges during project implementation.
t•tEnsure compliance with Dubai’s landscaping and agricultural regulations.
t•tHandle procurement tasks, ensuring materials are sourced at the best market prices.
t•tProvide expertise in plants, greenery, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques specific to Dubai’s climate and conditions. Requirements:
t•tMinimum 5 years of experience in landscaping or agricultural supervision in Dubai.
t•tStrong knowledge of Dubai’s market prices for landscaping materials and plants.
t•tExpertise in horticulture, irrigation systems, and outdoor construction.
t•tExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
t•tAbility to read and interpret landscaping and architectural designs.
