
Personal Assistant – Job Description (Qatar Market)nnJob Summary:nThe Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the manager or executive, ensuring smooth daily operations in compliance with company standards and local business practices in Qatar. nnKey Responsibilities:nnManage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments. nnHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence in Arabic and English. nnPrepare official letters, reports, and presentations. nnCoordinate internal and external communications. nnArrange business travel, hotel bookings, and transportation. nnFollow up on project tasks, submissions, and deadlines. nnOrganize and maintain digital and hardcopy filing systems. nnAttend meetings, record minutes, and distribute action points. nnAssist in preparing contracts, proposals, and technical submissions if required. nnLiaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities when necessary. nnMaintain confidentiality of company and personal information. nnRequirements:nnBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. nnMinimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant in Qatar. nnFluency in English (written and spoken). nnStrong knowledge of Qatari business correspondence standards. nnProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). nnFamiliarity with document control systems is an advantage. nnValid Qatar residency or transferable visa (if applicable). nnSkills and Competencies:nnExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities. nnProfessional communication and interpersonal skills. nnAttention to detail and problem-solving capability. nnAbility to work under pressure and meet deadline
