Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in GTM Market
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and partner needs
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Communication and ‘people skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the Go-To-Market strategy and process of product launch
• Promoter incentive & productivity management
• Display space securing and space rental management (Negotiation with retailers and distributors)
• Promoter sellout management
• Maintain No.1 display share in retail stores
• NPI listing and display follow up with retailers and distributors
• Best Practice & Retailer Floor Training
• Outsourced employee (Merchandiser, Promoter) Management
